You will see your ab muscles, such as they are, once you lose enough fat so your abs become visible. It’s widely known that exercise can increase your energy levels. That is true and offers a great benefit for those who regularly exercise. People report feeling energized all day when they exercise in the morning. The increased energy is partially caused by increased blood circulation. When your circulation is improved, then your cells are receiving a higher amount of oxygen. Another bonus is your strength and stamina are improved with regular exercise. Improved stamina contributes to the feeling of having more energy.

Sometimes you can hear people complaining that their body cannot get used to exercising at some particular time of day, or they are too tired at the end of the day.
